"The dungeons have, of late, become patricularly treacherous and deadly." So it is written in The Book of Play, and it is a necessary warning. However, the Dungeons are vital to the outcome of the game. In addition to gaining vast amounts of treasure and experience through exploring a Dungeon, the ultimate prizes from these perilous places are the Marks. Not all Dungeons have the same Marks, and one is a "Dry Hole." Each Dungeon has 8 levels, and each is full of monsters, treasure, and unexpected surprises.
